10 Sep 2009NYU’s The Gentlemen of Quality present Jay-Z’s new RocNation artist J. Cole this Saturday at the Kimmel Center at 9 pm.
Clive Davis Department senior Kaleb Rollins serves as PR chair for The Gentlemen of Quality. Enterprising production-management venture Grand Staff (Kaleb co-helms it along with some of his fellow Clive Davis Department students) provides the DJing/hosting. Clive Davis Department of Recorded Music alum and viral video phenom Nyle makes an appearance as one of the opening acts.
Tickets are $7 for NYU students and $10 for non-students. Proceeds go to the Martin Jackson Scholarship: Martin Jackson was a high school student mentored by Gentlemen of Quality; he was murdered by gun violence in 2008.
